How do I sign up for Homethrive?

Visit app.homethrive.com/join and use registration code: healthspring. Answer a few questions that will help us personalize and optimize your experience.

What does Homethrive cost?

Homethrive is available to you and anyone in your Care Circle at no cost through HealthSpring.

Do I need to install an app to use Homethrive?

Homethrive is available online for computers and tablets at app.homethrive.com. Or iPhone users can go to the App Store to download our iOS app by searching “Homethrive.”
